Appeals and complaints
If you disagree with a decision made by SSE regarding a certification status, for example that you will not be certified or that the certificate will be withdrawn, you have the opportunity to appeal SSE's decision.
The appeal must be sent to SSE within 3 weeks of receiving the decision from SSE.
You have the right to complain about certification activities that SSE is responsible for. This may, for example, be dissatisfaction with the conduct of an examination, a certified person or company, etc.
If you complain about a certified person or company, SSE is obliged to inform the person/company of the complaint.

The processing time for appeals and complaints is 3 weeks.
