Complaints and appeals

Right to complain

You have the opportunity to complain against matters related to the certification scheme. This may include the execution of the examination, the result of examination, certified persons, certified companies, or other activities which SSE is responsible of. The complaint shall be justified and sent in writing to SSE (post@ttsoft.no) within 3 weeks after the incident occurred. SSE will process the complaint and a written feedback will be given within 3 weeks after receiving the complaint. 

If the complaint concerns a person, SSE is obliged to inform the person concerned.

Right of appeal

 If you disagree with SSE's decision on certification, suspension, withdrawal, you have the opportunity to appeal this decision. The appeal shall be justified and sent in writing to SSE (post@ttsoft.no) no later than 3 weeks after the decision on certification has been issued. SSE will process the appeal and a written feedback will be given within 3 weeks of receiving the appeal. Conclusion on appeal is final.
